Returns and Refunds
We understand that sometimes things need to be returned or refunded. Firstly, please contact us by email incase we can help you solve the issue, and please quote your order number when doing so.
If it is within 30 days since date of dispatch, and it is unopened and in as new condition, we will accept the return of an item to us and we will issue you with a replacement blend, or a full refund of the cost of the item. Please contact us to give us a heads up. Please note, that we will not be unable to refund your initial shipping costs.
When sending returns please be careful to package your return well, so it won’t be damaged in transit, and please email us at contact@hotteamama.com so we know to expect it.
